The gentleman was extremely friendly, helpful and gave me some great suggestions for grilling accessories as well... he also took the time to explain to me if on the drive home I heard noise from the tank what it was and to not worry. I tried to fix it. Watched YouTube videos. Cleaned the tips with a Dremel tool. Dead. Not coming back to life. Called Weber. They didn't have the part in stock. Allltown did. Drove over, visited with all of the fancy grills on the showroom floor and picked up the EXACT PART I NEEDED. It's not kinda right. It's not sorta right after you modify it. When we went to set up our new grill, there was a small piece missing from the box needed for assembly. We went back to Alltown and the owner took the same piece from one of his grills in the store and we just texted him the grill's serial number so he could follow up on his own with the manufacturer. Such a fantastic experience and reminds us that we would still be waiting for that part if we had gone to Home Depot or Lowe's... if you need a grill or grill products, this is the place to go!We live in a condo and needed to get an electric grill. We surfed the internet and ended up at Alltown Gas Grills in Weymouth. The owner highly recommended the Weber Q1400 to meet our space and grilling needs.The grill is very well constructed and easy to clean. The grill is assembled in the box, The only thing you have to do is put the cover handle on and put the hinge pins in place for the cover.The grill heats up fast. We cooked potato, corn and steak. The meal was delicious. Having had only charcoal and gas grills, we were very impressed with this grill.Going back today to purchase a griddle to cook morning breakfast on our Weber Q1400.The previous review from"TOMMY", a professional reviewer being compensated by Google with 100 reviews in 30 days to build up points, was very misleading and completely wrong. Propane prices are competitive most everywhere and that includes Alltown. Do your homework before posting bad reviews that the business can't get rid of. Lou's propane and parts prices are reasonable and he is well stocked on everything you might need. I'd prefer to support a local small business person who goes out of his way to run a good business.

He was patient and had me forward photos of the grill (as I didn't know the model number). He said he knew what the issue was and would repair for me. After he closed his shop on a Saturday, he drove to my house and fixed my grill on site. I was so amazed with the level of customer service. I want everyone to know how good this place is!!I'm surprised I am the first review for this place! This is the second time I've gone here to get my propane tank filled and its awesome. First off, its family owned so its great to help out local owners. Secondly, the owner is a doll! He is so passionate about grilling and so knowledgable about grills that just going here to listen to him is worth it!
